Terms and Conditions:
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking, rebooking or cancelling your enrolment in the Winter Retreat(s). By booking the Retreat(s), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your enrolment in a professional development course provided by the Winter Retreat, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Notice Period
If you wish to cancel your registration, you must provide notice to the Conference Secretary.
Cancellations are non-refundable. However, registration(s) may be transferred to another registrant(s) for the same conference.
Registration transfers for the Queenstown Winter Retreat can be made until Friday, 7th August 2026. No transfer requests will be accepted after this date.
Super passes for the hands-on component of the Queenstown Winter Retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Requesting Cancellation
To request a cancellation/transfer of registration, please contact the Conference Secretary, Joyce Chan (Joyce@dentalartistry.co.nz).
In your cancellation/transfer of registration request, please provide your full name (and the transferee’s name, if applicable), course name, and the reason for cancellation.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this cancellation policy in extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies, natural disasters (e.g. earthquakes, floods, cyclones), epidemics or pandemics, government regulations or travel restrictions, war, or course cancellations initiated by the Winter Retreat.
5. Travel and Accommodation:
Registrants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
For convenience, accommodation options are listed on the official conference website.
The organisers are not responsible for cancellations, financial loss, or inconvenience arising from changes to travel or hotel arrangements.
6. Currency
All prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) inclusive of 15% GST.
7. Liability
The organisers are not liable for:
Any personal injury, illness or accident during the event or as a result of attending the event
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Any expenses or losses incurred as a result of cancellation, delays, or disruptions beyond the organiser’s control.
8. Photography
During the conference, there may be photography and/or videography. This will be used on our promotional materials, websites, and social media, without compensation.
If you do not wish to be included in such media, please notify the organisers in advance.
9. Dietary Requirements
Any dietary requirements will be requested upon completion of checkout. If the Winter Retreat is not informed of dietary requirements, meals will be provided as if there are no dietary requirements.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Winter Retreat reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Winter Retreat website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
By booking your enrolment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
